Corporate & Business Law

I have been a corporate and business law lawyer for over 20 years, and have been involved in many corporate and business and civil suits.  I am representative lawyer for numerous corporations and limited liability companies that operate in Virginia and in some cases, nationally.   Often, people retain me as attorney for civil suits involving breach of contract matters between companies and individuals.  A portion of my law practice involves reviewing contracts and drafting contracts.  Contracts form the basis for agreement and disagreement, so I believe that precision and accuracy are the primary goals in any contract drafting, and in regard to business decisions.

I have also been involved in business sales and purchases law which necessarily involve negotiation and preparation of various contracts.  I will be happy to help you prioritize what is legally critical and what is not in order to give you peace of mind.

For over 20 years I have been representing clients as:

(i) Corporate Lawyer;
(ii) Partnership Lawyer;
(iii) Limited Liability Company Attorney;
(iv) Contract Law Attorney;
(v) Business Sales and Purchases Consultant / Attorney; and
(vi) Attorney for Civil and Commercial Lawsuits
